RUSH Hair & Beauty is currently seeking a friendly and customer-focused Front of House / Receptionist to join our team at our Epsom salon. As a Front of House / Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming and professional salon environment.

This is a full time role, 30 hrs per week including weekend work. Must be flexible.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Greeting clients
  • Assisting with booking appointments
  • Managing the salon's schedule
  • Answering phone calls and emails
  • Handling client inquiries
  • Maintaining a clean and organised reception area
  • Supporting the salon team with administrative tasks

Previous experience in a customer service or front of house role, preferably in a salon or spa environment.

Excellent customer service and communication skills, both in person and over the phone.

Ability to multitask and handle various administrative tasks.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Friendly and welcoming personality.

Proficient computer skills and familiarity with booking systems.
