We are looking for a driven and experienced Salon Manager to lead our busy Crawley salon. You will take full responsibility for team performance, client experience, and daily operations, with the support of a well-established brand behind you.

- Proven experience working within a hair salon environment
- Currently a Salon Manager, Hair Stylist Manager, or Senior Stylist ready to step up
- Strong leadership, people management & customer service skills
- Confident in driving sales, KPIs & hitting targets
