Our brand-new RUSH salon in York is now open, and we\\\’re looking for a driven, inspiring Salon Manager to lead and grow our talented team. Responsibilities
- Lead and grow a brand-new salon team, shaping the culture and client experience
- Manage operations, performance targets, and business metrics
- Ensure exceptional client journeys and team development
We\\\’re looking for a Salon Manager who is
- A qualified Hairdresser (NVQ Level 2 or above)
- Experienced in team leadership or salon management (1+ year)
- Commercially aware with proven success growing sales & client retention
- Confident in managing targets, columns, and business performance
- Passionate about team development, coaching and motivation
- Dedicated to delivering an exceptional client journey every day
