RUSH Hair & Beauty, one of the UK’s leading hair and beauty brands, is looking for a driven Salon Manager to take charge of our flagship salon in Westfield Stratford. If you’re an experienced Salon Manager, Hair Stylist Manager, or Beauty Salon Manager ready to step up, this is your chance to lead a talented team and grow your career with full HQ support.
What we’re looking for:
- Previous experience as a Salon Manager, Assistant Salon Manager, or Front of House Leader in a hair or beauty salon.
- Strong leadership, people management & customer service skills.
- A passion for the hair & beauty industry and delivering exceptional client care.
- Sales-driven with the ability to motivate your team to achieve targets.
What You’ll Do
- Lead, inspire & motivate a team of stylists, receptionists & apprentices.
