What we’re looking for:
- Previous experience as a Salon Manager, Assistant Salon Manager, or Front of House Leader in a hair or beauty salon.
- Strong leadership, people management & customer service skills.
- A passion for the hair & beauty industry and delivering exceptional client care.
- Sales-driven with the ability to motivate your team to achieve targets.
What you’ll do:
- Be a Founding Team Member: Help launch our stunning new salon and grow with a fresh, dynamic team.
- Lead, inspire & motivate a team of stylists, receptionists & apprentices.
- Deliver a 5-star client experience every day.
- Drive sales, hit targets & keep salon operations smooth.
- Recruit, train & develop your team.
- Ensure excellent customer service and salon standards at all times.
