Do you thrive on leading from the front, understanding the realities of the salon floor, and developing high-performing stylist teams through coaching, standards and inspiration? We’re looking for a driven and credible Northern Area Manager to lead and support four established RUSH salons across Manchester, Nottingham, Leicester and York. This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially minded hair professional to shape performance, elevate technical and service standards, and play a key strategic role in the growth of our Northern region.

We’re looking for a Northern Area Manager who:

  • Is a qualified Hairdresser with strong hands-on industry knowledge
  • Has proven salon management experience, ideally multi-site or senior salon leadership (1+ year)
  • Is commercially confident, with a track record of:
  • Growing salon sales & revenue
  • Improving client retention, rebooking & average spend
  • Managing budgets, KPIs and performance targets
  • Can confidently coach and develop Salon Managers, senior stylists and leadership teams
  • Leads with credibility, understanding the realities of the salon floor
  • Is organised, proactive and comfortable travelling between locations
  • Is passionate about people development, education and salon culture
  • Is committed to delivering an exceptional, consistent client journey in every salon
