We’re looking for a driven and credible Northern Area Manager to lead and support four established RUSH salons across Manchester, Nottingham, Leicester and York. This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially minded hair professional to shape performance, elevate technical and service standards, and play a key strategic role in the growth of our Northern region.

We’re looking for a Northern Area Manager who:
- Is a qualified Hairdresser with strong hands-on industry knowledge
- Has proven salon management experience, ideally multi-site or senior salon leadership (1+ year)
- Is commercially confident, with a track record of:
- Growing salon sales & revenue
- Improving client retention, rebooking & average spend
- Managing budgets, KPIs and performance targets
