Fixed salary for first three months: Equivalent of £36k per year
After three months: Uncapped Service Commission + Retail Commission + Guaranteed Monthly Bonus

The Role
We are looking for a driven and experienced Hair Salon Manager to lead our busy Dorking salon. You will take full responsibility for team performance, client experience, and daily operations, with the support of a well-established brand behind you.
Who You Are
- Proven experience working within a hair salon environment
- Currently a Hair Salon Manager, Hair Stylist Manager, or Senior Stylist ready to step up
- Strong leadership, people management & customer service skills
- Confident in driving sales, KPIs & hitting targets
- Passion for the hair & beauty industry
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, inspire & motivate a team of stylists, apprentices & front-of-house staff
- Deliver a consistent 5-star client experience
- Drive sales performance and achieve targets
- Manage day-to-day salon operations efficiently
- Recruit, train & develop your team
- Maintain high customer service standards at all times
