RUSH Hair & Beauty is currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Salon Manager to join our dynamic team in Guildford town centre. As a Salon Manager, you will play a key role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our salon and ensuring that exceptional customer service is delivered at all times.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing a team of talented hair stylists, front of house receptionists, and other salon staff.
- Ensuring exceptional customer service is provided to all clients.
- Monitoring and achieving salon targets and budgets.
- Creating staff schedules.
- Recruiting, training, and developing salon staff with the support of the head office team.
- Maintaining an organised and clean salon environment.
- Handling customer complaints and resolving any issues with the support of our Customer Success Manager.
Previous experience as a salon manager and stylist is essential. You should possess strong leadership and management skills, excellent customer service and communication skills, and the ability to multitask and handle stressful situations in a calm and professional manner. Knowledge of salon operational procedures and best practices, along with strong organizational and problem-solving skills, is also required. A passion for the hair and beauty industry is important, and you must be a team player with a positive and professional attitude.
