Overview
RUSH Hair & Beauty is currently seeking a friendly and customer-focused part-time Front of House to join our team in Maidstone. As our Front of House, you will be an important member of our salon, providing exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming and professional environment for our clients. Role: Front of House / Receptionist – Maidstone. Part-time (4 days per week including weekends).
Responsibilities
- Greet clients and assist with booking appointments
- Manage the salon\’s schedule, answer phone calls and emails
- Handle client inquiries
- Maintain a clean and organised reception area
- Support the salon team with administrative tasks
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a customer service or front of house role, preferably in a salon or beauty spa
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and handle various administrative tasks
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Friendly and welcoming personality
- Proficient computer skills and familiarity with booking systems is advantageous
- Professional appearance and demeanor
