Data & Reporting Coordinator at RUSH Hair & Beauty. A role within the Rush Strategy Team reporting to the Head of Analytics & Resourcing. The team values clear structure and creative problem solving. What You’ll Do

Data Management & Reporting

  • Import, export and maintain data in Excel and Google Sheets
  • Build and use advanced Excel formulas for data organisation and analysis
  • Update and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly reports (many with macros)
  • Manage and maintain an accurate employee directory
  • Communicate with salon managers and internal stakeholders to ensure timely reporting

Process & Systems Ownership

  • Safeguard the integrity and accuracy of all reporting tools
  • Spot patterns and identify opportunities to improve systems and workflows
  • Take ownership of data processes – you’ll be the dedicated data expert

Advanced

  • Build, develop, and design new reports and dashboards
  • Create and maintain complex Excel macros and automations

  • Confident with Excel (including macros), Google Sheets and common data platforms
  • Meticulous attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
  • Strong problem-solving ability with both creative and systems thinking

  • Experience designing reporting or dashboards
