Are you warm, organised, and passionate about delivering outstanding customer service? RUSH Hair & Beauty is looking for a friendly, customer-focused Front of House professional to join our Chichester salon.

As the first point of contact for our clients, you’ll play a key role in creating a welcoming, professional, and stylish salon experience.

Hours: 30 hours, including weekend work

The Role:

  • Greeting clients and delivering exceptional customer service
  • Managing appointments and maintaining the salon schedule
  • Answering phone calls, emails, and client enquiries
  • Supporting the salon team with administrative tasks
  • Maintaining a clean, organised, and professional reception area
  • Ensuring every client feels valued from arrival to departure

What We’re Looking For:

  • Previous experience in a customer service or front of house role (salon or spa experience preferred)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Friendly, professional, and confident manner
  • Proficient computer skills; experience with booking systems is an advantage
  • Availability to work weekends
