We\’re excited to announce the opening of our brand-new RUSH Hair & Beauty salon in Dorking — and we\’re looking for a friendly, customer-focused Front of House Receptionist to join our growing team

As the face of our salon, you\’ll play a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience. From the moment clients walk through the door, your warm welcome and professional service will set the tone for their visit.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet clients and ensure they feel welcomed and valued
  • Manage bookings, both in-person and over the phone/email
  • Oversee the salon schedule and appointment flow
  • Handle client inquiries and support the wider team
  • Maintain a clean, organised reception area
  • Assist with administrative tasks and daily salon operations

Requirements

What We\’re Looking For:

  • Availability to work full-time, including Weekends
  • Previous customer service or front of house experience (salon or beauty spa experience is a plus)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and stay organised in a fast-paced environment
  • A professional, well-presented, and friendly demeanor
  • Competent computer skills; familiarity with salon booking systems is an advantage
