We're looking for:
- NVQ Level 2 (or equivalent) qualified stylists
- At least 1 year experience managing your own column
- Confidence in cutting, colouring and styling
- A passion for delivering outstanding client experiences
- A positive, motivated attitude
Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality hair cutting, colouring and styling services
- Provide excellent customer experiences and maintain client relationships
- Maintain salon standards, hygiene and safety
- Collaborate with the team to support salon targets and growth
