We have a fantastic vacancy for a part time Concierge for between 24 to 32 hours per week. The Opportunity
As a Concierge, you’ll be the first point of contact for our guests and play a key role in setting the tone for their stay. You will create memorable arrivals, offer thoughtful recommendations, and deliver personalised service that reflects the spirit of Marine & Lawn. Ideally, with a driver's license.
What You’ll Do
- Welcoming guests with warmth, confidence, and professionalism.
- Assisting with arrivals and departures, including luggage handling and rooming.
- Providing helpful information on local attractions, dining, events, travel routes, and hidden gems.
- Making reservations and arrangements for transport, restaurants, activities, and experiences.
- Responding to guest requests promptly and courteously, ensuring every need is met.
- Maintaining the security of guest belongings and storage areas.
- Supporting guests with special requests, concerns, or challenges, ensuring issues are resolved with care.
- Promoting hotel services, facilities, and curated guest experiences.
- Ensuring our lobby and guest areas remain welcoming and organised.
- Cooperating with other departments to deliver a seamless guest journey.
- Supporting set-ups and operational tasks as required.
- Occasionally assisting with night coverage during busy periods or annual leave.
