We have a fantastic vacancy for a part time Concierge for between 24 to 32 hours per week. A landmark of golfing history, Rusacks St Andrews stands proudly overlooking the world-famous Old Course, where tradition, sport and coastal beauty come together. The Opportunity

As a Concierge, you’ll be the first point of contact for our guests and play a key role in setting the tone for their stay. You will create memorable arrivals, offer thoughtful recommendations, and deliver personalised service that reflects the spirit of Marine & Lawn. Ideally, with a driver's license.

What You’ll Do

  • Welcoming guests with warmth, confidence, and professionalism.
  • Assisting with arrivals and departures, including luggage handling and rooming.
  • Providing helpful information on local attractions, dining, events, travel routes, and hidden gems.
  • Making reservations and arrangements for transport, restaurants, activities, and experiences.
  • Responding to guest requests promptly and courteously, ensuring every need is met.
  • Maintaining the security of guest belongings and storage areas.
  • Supporting guests with special requests, concerns, or challenges, ensuring issues are resolved with care.
  • Promoting hotel services, facilities, and curated guest experiences.
  • Ensuring our lobby and guest areas remain welcoming and organised.
  • Cooperating with other departments to deliver a seamless guest journey.
  • Supporting set-ups and operational tasks as required.
  • Occasionally assisting with night coverage during busy periods or annual leave.

  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.

  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Previous experience in a guest-facing or hospitality role (preferred but not essential).

  • Full training will be provided.
