We are seeking an Operational Delivery Senior Manager to provide visible and supportive leadership and to be accountable for the delivery of high quality, customer focused services across the Agency. This role plays a key part in ensuring effective operational delivery, building capability within teams, driving continuous improvement, and supporting both current and future priorities.
As an Operational Delivery Senior Manager, you will:
- Provide visible, supportive, and inclusive leadership across teams and colleagues within RPA.
- Be accountable for delivering a high quality service that meets customer needs.
- Manage competing priorities effectively, making timely and evidence based decisions to support operational performance.
- Use data, insight, and feedback to drive performance, manage risk, and ensure consistent delivery across teams.
- Support delivery of current business priorities and future planning by understanding strategic drivers and aligning activity to the Agency Strategic Plan.
- Lead, manage, and develop teams, building capability through coaching, learning, and talent development.
- Champion and deliver innovative solutions and continuous improvement activities across the Agency.
- Promote a positive, respectful, and inclusive working culture.
- Ensure colleagues have a clear understanding of objectives, priorities, and timescales through open and effective communication.
- Build and maintain strong collaborative relationships across all grades and with internal and external stakeholders.
