As our Strategic Asset Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in shaping how we invest in and manage over 4,000 homes across Shropshire.

The role

This is more than data entry—you’ll be the driving force behind accurate, reliable asset intelligence that supports investment planning, compliance and long-term strategy.

What you’ll be doing

  • Managing and validating housing asset and stock condition data
  • Turning complex data into clear, actionable insights and reports
  • Supporting investment planning, compliance and Decent Homes reporting
  • Working closely with surveyors and internal teams to keep data accurate and up to date
  • Identifying trends, risks and opportunities to improve our housing stock

What we’re looking for

  • Experience in asset data, housing, or a property/technical role
  • Strong Excel and data analysis skills (you’re confident with large datasets)
  • A keen eye for detail and a methodical approach to data quality
  • Ability to work with both technical and non-technical colleagues
