We’re recruiting on behalf of a well established and expanding conveyancing team based across South Wales. Our client combines a fresh, forward thinking approach with a genuinely client focussed culture. You’ll manage your own caseload of residential property transactions, including: sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, new builds, and shared ownership. Qualification as a Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer, or 5+ years in a relevant fee earning position New build and shared ownership exposure Solid understanding of SRA/CLC compliance requirements Basic Salary up to £55k depending on experience, with a strong bonus structure and company benefits Genuine progression and development opportunities Hybrid or on-site working
