We’re recruiting on behalf of a well established and expanding conveyancing team based across South Wales. Our client combines a fresh, forward thinking approach with a genuinely client focussed culture.
The role:
- You’ll manage your own caseload of residential property transactions, including: sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, new builds, and shared ownership.
- You’ll have real autonomy over your files, work within a collaborative team, and utilise a modern case management system.
You’ll need:
- Qualification as a Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer, or 5+ years in a relevant fee earning position
- Experience with freehold, leasehold, and unregistered transactions
- New build and shared ownership exposure
- Solid understanding of SRA/CLC compliance requirements
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently
