  • Ordering searches and drafting transfer deeds

  • Dealing with exchange of contracts on sales and purchases
  • Ordering mortgage advances and undertaking pre completion searches

You'll need:

  • 1-2 years experience in a similar residential support role
  • Friendly manner and excellent customer service skills
