Are you a Senior residential conveyancer ready to join one of Wales’ fastest growing law firms? We’re recruiting on behalf of a well established and expanding conveyancing team based across South Wales. This is a company that combines a fresh, forward thinking approach with a genuinely client focussed culture.

The role:

  • You’ll manage your own caseload of residential property transactions, including: sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, new builds, and shared ownership.
  • You’ll have real autonomy over your files, work within a collaborative team, and utilise a modern case management system.
  • You will be a senior point of contact for complex matters, mentoring and supervising more junior members of the property team, and expected to contribute to improved practice efficiencies.

You’ll need:

  • Qualification as a Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer with strong fee earning exposure
  • Experience with freehold, leasehold, and unregistered transactions
  • New build and shared ownership exposure
  • Solid understanding of SRA/CLC compliance requirements
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently
  • The ability to motivate and inspire those around you
