We are looking for a proven Head of Corporate Law to join a forward-thinking, client-focused conveyancing company at a very exciting time. This is an ideal role for an ambitious and commercially driven corporate lawyer who thrives beyond fee-earning.

You will play a central role in:

  • Developing clients
  • Driving revenue
  • Leading people
  • Influencing firm-wide strategy

You will be responsible for:

  • Leading and growing the corporate practice
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients
  • Leading pitches and attending panel appointments
  • Acting as lead advisor on high-value transactions
  • Overseeing delivery of legal services
  • Taking responsibility for financial performance, pricing, and profitability

We are looking for someone with a proven history of revenue generation, a strong client base, and experience working at Legal Director, Partner, or equivalent senior level in a relevant field. You should have demonstrated the ability to build and lead a practice, drive client acquisition, and account growth, and possess strong commercial acumen.

This is ideally an on-site role, but both hybrid and remote options are available for the right candidate. Salary is competitive and dependent on experience, and a full suite of premium benefits are on offer.
