We are looking for a skilled and personable Maintenance Operative to join our team. Your main duties will include performing regular maintenance tasks at the care home, such as basic plumbing and decorating, keeping the premises secure, carrying out scheduled checks throughout the home, handling minor repairs and general maintenance tasks. It is important that you can work independently, take initiative and have experience in carpentry, plumbing or decorating.
