Overview

Care Team Leader — Care Home: Broomhills. Hours per week: 30 to 40 (3 to 4 nights per week). Salary: £13.60 per hour.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of Care Assistants, ensuring high standards of care and accurate record keeping.

Communicate effectively with colleagues and residents to support safety, respect and independence.

  • Assist the Home Manager and Deputy Manager in delivering physical, social, and emotional care to residents.
  • Handle medication responsibilities and ensure medication audits are conducted and documented appropriately.

About You

We are seeking a dynamic Care Team Leader who excels in person-centred care planning, possesses expertise in dementia care, and has experience of leading teams to deliver exceptional care.

The ideal candidate will be positive, capable of building strong relationships, and demonstrate excellent organisational skills.

Holding an NVQ Level 3 Diploma in Health & Social Care is advantageous but not essential.
