Join Runwood Homes as a Full-Time Registered General Nurse and Receive a £1,500 Welcome Handshake! Receive £1,000 when you start, plus £500 after successfully completing your probation.

About the role

As a Registered General Nurse at Runwood Homes, you will embody professionalism, kindness, and compassion in everything you do. Your role is crucial in providing our residents with a sense of security, dignity, and independence through personalised care.

Responsibilities

• Administer prescribed medications following company and NMC guidelines.
• Provide treatments such as surgical dressings when needed.
• Assess each resident’s care needs thoroughly.
• Handle medical emergencies.
• Maintain accurate records to ensure each resident has an individualised care plan.

About you

We are seeking an exceptional Registered General Nurse who possesses strong leadership abilities. While prior experience in a care home setting is advantageous, it is not a requirement as full support will be provided. Our Registered General Nurses are kind and compassionate, and have exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Additionally, the successful Registered General Nurse will be adept at building and nurturing relationships with residents and their families.
