Role: Activities Coordinator
Care Home: Lancaster Court
Hours per week: 30 hours
Salary: Β£12.25 per hour
Responsibilities:
- Create and execute engaging activities tailored to each of our residents.
- Mentor and train staff on how to interact and engage with residents to ensure meaningful daily moments.
- Uphold residents' dignity and self-esteem through positive relationships and opportunities to express individuality.
About you:
- Positive, forward-thinking attitude with the ability to inspire and lead others.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in a care home setting is a plus.
- Experience in organising activities or leading groups is beneficial.
- Assertive yet flexible in approach and adaptable to diverse backgrounds.
