Role: Activities Coordinator

Care Home: Lancaster Court

Hours per week: 30 hours

Salary: Β£12.25 per hour

Responsibilities:

  • Create and execute engaging activities tailored to each of our residents.
  • Mentor and train staff on how to interact and engage with residents to ensure meaningful daily moments.
  • Uphold residents' dignity and self-esteem through positive relationships and opportunities to express individuality.

About you:

  • Positive, forward-thinking attitude with the ability to inspire and lead others.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience in a care home setting is a plus.
  • Experience in organising activities or leading groups is beneficial.
  • Assertive yet flexible in approach and adaptable to diverse backgrounds.
