The Procurement Administrator will join the team to support with a varied range of tasks that will see them facilitating orders requested by our sites. This role plays a critical part in maintaining supplier relationships, processing purchase orders, and ensuring all requests by sites are fulfilled efficiently. The Procurement Administrator will collaborate with our teams at site level, internal teams and external suppliers to ensure smooth procurement operations.
Key responsibilities
- Facilitating orders for consumables such as food, cleaning supplies, stationery, medical supplies, uniforms & badges
- Processing requests for equipment and furniture
- Communicating with sites to ensure they are aware of lead times and delivery dates
- Working with sites to ensure they work in accordance with allocated budgets
- Supporting sites to resolve issues and queries relating to orders they’ve placed
- Resolving any issues or discrepancies with suppliers in a timely and professional manner
- Reconciling invoices with orders, and following up with suppliers regarding any discrepancies

About you
- Ideally 5+ years in an administrative role, with experience in procurement desired but not essential
- Experience with invoice reconciliation and a strong understanding of Microsoft Excel are essential
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, preferably with experience in both customer-facing and business-facing roles
- Excellent telephone manner
