Your primary responsibility will involve creating and executing engaging activities tailored to each of our residents. Additionally, you will be responsible for mentoring and training our staff on how to interact and engage with residents, ensuring that every day is filled with special moments. Your role will involve ensuring that residents' dignity and self‑esteem are upheld through meaningful interactions, positive relationships, and the freedom to express their individuality.
