As a Care Team Leader, professionalism, kindness, and compassion are essential. Your role involves planning and delivering care that promotes residents\’ security, dignity, and independence. You will build relationships with residents and their families, ensuring personalized care. Leading a team of Care Assistants, you will influence the team positively and uphold high standards of care. Your responsibilities include maintaining accurate records, effective communication, assisting the Home Manager and Deputy Manager, providing physical and mental care, administering medication, and conducting medication audits. Ideally, you will have an NVQ Level 3 Diploma in Health & Social Care, experience in person-centred care planning, and knowledge of caring for people with dementia. Leadership experience is preferred but not essential, as full training will be provided. A positive attitude, excellent record-keeping, time management, and considerate communication are vital skills. Experience / Qualification: Experience preferred but not essential; full training provided. NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care preferred or willingness to obtain it.
