Overview

Care Team Leader – Nights at Bennett Lodge. Hours per week: 20. Salary: Β£13.60 per hour.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of Care Assistants to deliver high-quality, person-centred care that keeps residents safe, respected and independent.
  • Plan and provide care, maintain accurate records, and communicate effectively with colleagues.
  • Support the Home Manager and Deputy Manager, providing physical, social and emotional care to residents.
  • Handle medication and ensure compliance through medication audits.

About you

We are seeking a dynamic Care Team Leader who excels in person-centred care planning, possesses expertise in dementia care, and has experience leading teams to deliver exceptional care. The ideal Care Team Leader will exude a positive energy, be competent in building strong relationships, and demonstrate outstanding organisational skills.

Holding an NVQ Level 3 Diploma in Health & Social Care is advantageous but not essential.
