About you:

Experience is preferred but not essential, as full training will be provided. Your empathy and warm-hearted approach will stand out.

Having an NVQ Level 1 or 2 in Health and Social Care is advantageous, or a willingness to work towards this. We support you in obtaining this qualification through a fully funded apprenticeship from external providers.

You should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the compassion needed to deliver high-quality, person-centered care.
