You will work on a shift pattern that includes weekends.
About you:
Experience is preferred but not essential as full training will be provided. Your empathy and warm-hearted approach will be evident.
Holding an NVQ Level 1 or 2 in Health and Social Care is advantageous or a willingness to work towards it. We support you in obtaining this qualification through a fully funded apprenticeship with external providers.
You should have excellent communication skills, a can-do attitude, and the compassion necessary to deliver high-quality, person-centered care.
