We are currently seeking an experienced Home Manager to join our team at Runwood Homes. As the Home Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the home, including managing staff, providing support, and encouraging their professional growth. You will create a nurturing environment for residents by upholding high standards of care and ensuring that each individual receives excellent levels of care.

About You
The successful Home Manager will have prior experience in home management, a track record of achieving Good CQC reports, and a management qualification. You should be NVQ Level 5 qualified or working towards it, and have experience in person-centred care planning and caring for individuals with dementia. A positive attitude, strong communication skills, and the ability to work well with others are essential qualities we look for in our Home Managers. Good organisational skills and time management are also key.
