Welcome Handshake Payment: Receive £1,500 at start (£1,000 when you start, plus £500 after probation)

About The Role

As a Registered General Nurse at Runwood Homes, you will embody professionalism, kindness, and compassion in everything you do. Your role is crucial in providing our residents with a sense of security, dignity, and independence through personalised care.

Your responsibilities will include administering prescribed medications following company and NMC guidelines, as well as providing treatments such as surgical dressings when needed. You will assess each resident’s care needs thoroughly, handle medical emergencies, and maintain accurate records to ensure each resident has an individualised care plan.

About You

We are seeking an exceptional Registered General Nurse who possesses strong leadership abilities. While prior experience in a care home setting is advantageous, it is not a requirement as full support will be provided. You should be kind and compassionate, with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Additionally, you will be adept at building and nurturing relationships with residents and their families.
