Runwood Homes Senior Living is seeking a dynamic Property Manager to oversee maintenance, safety, and compliance across 18 care homes in Warwickshire, Doncaster and Nottingham. You will lead with Home Managers, Maintenance Operatives and external contractors to ensure safe, well-maintained and compliant environments.

The role requires strong knowledge of health and safety, building compliance and statutory testing, and the ability to manage multiple sites while communicating clearly and leading.
