As a Care Team Leader at Runwood Homes, you will plan and provide high‑quality care, ensuring residents feel safe, respected, and independent. You will lead a team of Care Assistants, maintain high care standards, keep accurate records, and communicate effectively with colleagues. You will support the Home Manager and Deputy Manager in delivering physical, social, and emotional care, oversee medication, and ensure medication audits are up to date.

About You:

You are a dynamic Care Team Leader with person‑centred care planning expertise, dementia care experience, and proven leadership in delivering exceptional care. You bring positive energy, strong relationship building, and outstanding organisational skills. Holding an NVQ Level 3 Diploma in Health & Social Care is advantageous but not essential.
