About the role
We are looking for an experienced Housekeeper to lead the domestic team in keeping our care home clean and welcoming. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Organising daily tasks
- Setting high cleanliness standards
- Ensuring all areas of the home are well-maintained
- Ordering stock
- Setting rotas
- Line-managing a team of domestic assistants

The successful Housekeeper will be confident in maintaining high standards of work, have experience of leading and managing a team effectively, organise and prioritise workload, be proactive and flexible, and be an excellent team-player.
