About the role: As an Operations Administrator, you will play a key part in the success of Runwood Homes. Based at our busy Head Office, our Operations Administrators work behind the scenes to help keep our services running smoothly, delivering a high level of customer service and support to our managers and homes.
Key responsibilities:
- Checking and sending confidential information to relevant regulators and key stakeholders
- Exhibits polite and professional communication via phone and email
- Collating and distribution of information following company guidelines at all times
- Collecting data and preparing monthly analysis for the senior team
- Supporting Home Managers with day to day enquiries
- Managing Directors' diaries and arranging meetings, ensuring invites are sent in a timely manner
- Greet and support visitors to the office
- Booking travel and accommodation
- Dealing with sensitive information in a professional caring manner
- General office duties
