You will oversee dementia care protocols and support medication audits while maintaining accurate records and clear communication across the team.
The ideal candidate will lead with compassion, build strong relationships with residents and staff, and demonstrate excellent organisational skills. NVQ Level 3 is advantageous but not essential.
