About the role:
We are currently seeking a competent and skilled Painter and Decorator to cover our homes in the area.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Prepare and paint interior and exterior surfaces to a high standard
- Carry out wallpapering and minor decorative repairs
- Ensure all work is done with minimal disruption to residents
- Maintain a clean, safe, and tidy working environment
- Work closely with the maintenance team to complete scheduled projects
- Follow health and safety guidelines, particularly in a care environment
