Maintenance Operative - Highview Lodge - Hemel Hempstead

We are seeking a skilled and personable Maintenance Operative to join our team. Your main duties will include performing regular maintenance tasks at the care home, such as basic plumbing and decorating. You will also be responsible for keeping the premises secure and conducting scheduled checks throughout the home.

About you:

We are looking for a Maintenance Operative capable of handling minor repairs and general maintenance, such as basic plumbing and decorating. Independence and initiative are key qualities. Candidates with experience in carpentry, plumbing, or decorating are preferred.
