Overview Deputy Manager – Care Home: Rosedale Court
Hours per week: 40 (Monday to Friday, 9am - 4pm)
Salary: £14.50 an hour
About the role
We are currently seeking a dedicated and friendly Deputy Manager to join our team. As the Deputy Manager, you will collaborate closely with the Home Manager to enhance the skills of the care team, drawing on your personal and professional expertise to ensure that our residents receive the necessary support.
Responsibilities of the Deputy Manager include:
- Administering medications
- Assisting with the creation of care plans
- Helping staff improve their skills and knowledge in this field
- Supporting the care team in honing their practices
