About the role:
We are seeking a highly organised and motivated Recruitment & Marketing Administrator to support our recruitment and marketing functions. The Recruitment & Marketing Administrator will assist with duties across both teams to ensure effective recruitment and marketing activities across the organisation.
Key responsibilities:
- Place and monitor vacancy advertisements on our ATS System, supporting with the scheduling of interviews where necessary
- Maintain accurate recruitment and marketing records, trackers, and compliance documentation
- Support our Recruitment Advisors with pre-employment checks
- Assist with the creation, scheduling, and posting of recruitment and marketing content
- Support the marketing team with general administration duties
- Assist with monitoring engagement and responding to enquiries where appropriate
- Maintain marketing materials and ensure information is current and accurate

About you:
The successful Recruitment & Marketing Administrator will have excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail. You will have good communication skills, both over email and on the phone, and be able to manage multiple priorities at one time. You will be competent in using Microsoft Office. This role would suit a college leaver with an interest in recruitment or marketing, with the desire to progress in the care sector.
