About the role:
We are on the lookout for a skilled and personable Maintenance Operative to join our team. As a Maintenance Operative, your main duties will include performing regular maintenance tasks at the care home, such as basic plumbing and decorating. You will also be responsible for keeping the premises secure and carrying out scheduled checks throughout the home.

About you:
We are looking for a Maintenance Operative who can handle minor repairs and general maintenance tasks, such as basic plumbing and decorating. It\’s important that our Maintenance Operatives can work independently and take initiative. Successful Maintenance Operatives often have experience in carpentry, plumbing, or decorating.
