About the role: We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Regional Operations Director to join our operations team. As Regional Operations Director, you will be responsible for a portfolio of homes. You will be expected to manage, develop, inspire and support the home managers to ensure the homes achieve full compliance with all regulatory bodies and provide a high quality of service to our residents.
