About the role:
We are currently seeking a dedicated and friendly Deputy Manager to join our team. As the Deputy Manager, you will collaborate closely with the Home Manager to enhance the skills of the care team, drawing on your personal and professional expertise to ensure that our residents receive the necessary support.
Responsibilities of the Deputy Manager include administering medications, assisting with the creation of care plans, and helping staff improve their skills and knowledge in this field. You will also support the care team in honing their practices.
