Our Care Team Leaders also support the Home Manager and Deputy Manager, giving physical, social, and emotional care to residents. You will handle medication and make sure everything is in order with medication audits. Holding an NVQ Level 3 Diploma in Health & Social Care is advantageous but not essential.
