This role is open to part-time candidates. You'll need to be in our Tottenham Court Road office and on site regularly - this isn't a remote role - but we can be flexible to candidates' requirements.

Who You Are:

  • Reads the room fast - you clock what's really going on before anyone says it out loud.
  • People trust you with things they wouldn't tell everyone.
  • A communicator people actually want to talk to.
  • People warm to you fast, and trust follows just as quick.

  • Make onboarding the kind people actually remember well.
  • Run our culture - Culture Squad, social committee, and beyond.
  • Own the goals process that sets the pace for the whole company.
  • Drive our performance and feedback rhythm.
  • Be the person managers call when people stuff gets hard.
  • Keep the People engine running - policies, perks, benefits, process.
  • Report straight into leadership - a seat at the table.
