Responsibilities
- Own brand awareness and engagement strategy across public channels (social media, email, etc.), delivering social‑first content that drives awareness, equity, engagement, and leads.
- Ensure the creation of beautiful assets throughout the customer journey, from engaging website visuals and compelling case studies to post‑tour pitch decks.
- Manage sales enablement and product marketing assets, maintain the CMS to keep accurate office floorplans and photos, and produce office‑specific assets and emails as required.
- Oversee the freelance network (designers, copywriters, content creators) and junior contractors, triaging and fulfilling ad‑hoc content requests from leadership.
- Champion campaign and launch management, ensuring all digital and physical touchpoints for new sites are brand‑aligned, on time, and generate impressions and leads.
- Act as the guardian of brand guidelines, keeping the RWE brand consistent across touchpoints and building systems to enforce compliance.
Qualifications
- Passion for cutting through average content; strive to produce the top 1% that adds value.
- Creative & editor at heart: ability to define high‑quality visual and written standards and deliver them efficiently with freelancers, the team, or solo.
- Strong content strategy capability (brand + product): communicate with buyers effectively and execute a strategy from the ground up across the funnel.
- Proven project management skills: keep content production on schedule, recruit, brief, and manage a pool of freelancers and 1‑2 junior marketers.
- Confidence in leading junior marketers.
