Do you hate the fact that 99% of all content is bang average? Us too. You and your reports will ensure Runway East’s story is memorable, compelling, and adds value to the world. In business speak, you will be responsible for building our audience, helping launch sites, enabling our sales team with top-tier assets, and managing our brand. What you’ll be doing:

  • Building a Cult Brand: You’ll own the brand awareness and engagement strategy across all public channels (social media, email etc) with ‘top 1%’, social first content that cuts through and drives awareness, equity, engagement and leads.
  • Sales Enablement & Product Marketing: You’ll ensure we have beautiful assets throughout the customer journey - from being hit by beautiful photos and compelling case studies when you land on the website, through to perfectly crafted post-tour pitch decks.
  • Freelancer Pool Management: You’ll manage 1–2 FT & PT junior contractors who will assist you in your role, along with a pool of freelance designers, copywriters and content creators.
  • Campaign & Launch Management: When we launch new sites, you’ll pitch in - ensuring all digital and physical content touchpoints are ready on time and on brand.
  • Brand Management: You’ll be the ‘keeper of the brand bible’ within the team – owning the brand guidelines, ensuring the RWE brand is consistent across touchpoints.

Who You Are:

  • You hate average.
  • You understand 99% of content adds nothing to the world. You strive to create only the 1%.
  • Creative & Editor at Heart: You know what good looks like for content - from product photography to copy to short form video.
  • Content Strategy (Brand + Product): You understand what to say to buyers, and when to say it.
  • Pace & People Management: You have strong project management skills to keep content production on time.
  • Funny.

Benefits:

  • Time Off: 31 days including bank holidays, plus an extra day for every year at Runway East. We also give you your birthday off and extra time over Christmas.
  • Wellbeing: private health & dental, gym discounts, mental health support, and a Bike2Work scheme.
  • Growth: professional development budget, learning resources, and clear progression pathways.
  • Community: two workdays per year for charitable activities, team outings, and epic annual trips.
  • The Usual Suspects: paid sick days, compassionate leave, enhanced parental leave, and life insurance.

Our Commitment to Inclusivity: We celebrate diversity and believe it strengthens our community. We welcome people from all backgrounds, identities, and experiences. What matters most to us is your spirit and passion. If you need specific access support, let us know—we’re here to help.
