You’ll lead our in-house works team on refreshes and spruces across the portfolio, price jobs before we commit, plan who’s working where, ensure what’s designed is built, and bring in the right subcontractors for specialist trades.
This hands-on role suits someone from a smaller fit-out or refurbishment firm who has run several live jobs, priced their own work, and is accustomed to wearing multiple hats.
